Our mission

Our clients have included local government, stadia, regional arms of international business and well-known charities.

We are involved in hallmark local community events such as the Pride events, Mela’s and local fireworks displays. We have experience delivering complex technical production, community events, live music nights and multi-room corporate events. We have delivered event management and production support for weddings and niche private parties, company AGMs and other events where the technical and operational feel must be just right.

We can provide everything from staging and set design, audio systems, lighting, temporary power generation and audio visual setups including LED screens and live streaming. We are experienced at working with councils and clients to support obtaining all the correct permissions and licenses, fulfilling all safety paperwork to a high standard.

My vision for RSWSound...

My name is Rob and I am the managing director of RSWSound Ltd. We have developed with pace and energy over the last 10 years from a background of doing live music events and electrical work. We can be diverse in the skills and knowledge that we offer as we have successfully delivered hundreds of live events and acoustic projects over the last decade.

My vision for RSWSound Ltd is to provide a one-stop shop service to your event that keeps the process as simple for you as possible. I understand that putting on events can be stressful & that many of our clients aren’t really sure what production aspects to ask for when they first design their event. I consider it my personal responsibility to provide you with a service that you understand so that you know what you are booking.

I will only ever use crew and contractors that share my understanding that events can be hugely impactful and successful if planned well, but equally dangerous and disjointed if planned badly. I believe that we should always take the time to provide that strong service that helps our clients to show the best sides of their ideas.

In addition to our regular equipment provision for live events and venue installations, in 2021 we also launched an event management arm of our company that can help our clients with the organisational and wider event planning service. This includes working with our clients to provide event management paperwork and support when applying for licensing and local permissions. It is just another example of our ethos which is to be with you every step of the way to ensure that your vision is delivered in a low stress and professional way.

A Case Study

For the last three years RSWSound Ltd have provided production systems and support to the ‘South Coast Summit’ event. This has previously taken place at the Utilita Bowl in Hampshire but has now moved to the Farnborough International Exhibition Centre.

Being the largest annual community conference in the south focused on Microsoft services this two-day event required the provision and co-ordination of various screens, cameras & PA system packages across multiple rooms. It included pop-up seminar stages within the venue, from small seminar rooms to conference and dinner-dance setups in the ballroom.
